Terms and Conditions of Use and Sale
The website dualshock.store is published by BRAND COLORS LP, a Scottish Limited Partnership registered under number SL035331, with its registered office at 5 S Charlotte St, Edinburgh EH2 4AN, United Kingdom, trading as Dualshock.
These terms apply to orders placed on the website by consumers residing in mainland France. By placing an order, you agree to these terms, without prejudice to the rights granted to you by law.
We offer controllers and gaming accessories. The essential features, compatibility, condition, and package contents are specified on each product page.
Slight differences in color rendering may result from your screen settings. This does not limit our obligation to provide a product that conforms to its description.
Dualshock is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with Sony Interactive Entertainment or any of the other brands mentioned.
Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding any applicable shipping costs.
Shipping costs and the total amount are displayed before payment is confirmed. We may change our prices, but the price applicable to your order is the one accepted at the time you place it.
You select your products, review your cart, enter your details, and confirm your order with an obligation to pay.
A summary email is sent to you after you place your order. We may cancel an order for a legitimate reason, such as product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, or suspected fraud. We will inform you and fully refund the amounts charged for the products concerned.
Payment is due when you place your order. Transactions are processed by Shopify Payments.
The accepted payment methods and processing terms are described in our payment policy.
We deliver only to mainland France.
Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse located at 102 Rue des 3 Tilleuls, 77000 Vaux-le-Pénil, France, via UPS.
Preparation takes up to 2 business days, and delivery takes up to 8 business days, for an estimated total time of 5 to 10 business days after placing your order.
Delivery costs €4.50 for orders under €50 and is free for purchases of €50 or more.
The full terms are set out in our delivery policy.
If your order is delayed, please contact us. Your right to request delivery and, where the legal conditions are met, to cancel the order and obtain a refund remains applicable.
The risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you when you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of it.
You have a legal right of withdrawal for 14 days from the receipt of the product, without having to justify your decision.
To exercise this right, send a clear statement to support@dualshock.store, specifying your name, order number, and the products concerned. You may, for example, write:
“I am writing to inform you of my decision to withdraw from the following purchase: order number, product, date of receipt, name, and address.”
You must then return the products no later than 14 days after communicating your decision.
You may open and examine the product as you would in a store. A reduction in value may only be deducted for handling that exceeds what is necessary to check its nature, characteristics, and functionality, within the legal limits.
In the event of a statutory withdrawal, the refund will be issued no later than 14 calendar days after you notify us. It may be delayed until the products are collected or until we receive proof of their shipment, whichever occurs first.
The refund will be issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no extra cost. For a withdrawal from the entire order, it will include the original standard shipping costs.
We also offer a commercial extension of the return period to 30 days after delivery. For any approved return, we provide a free prepaid label, with no restocking fees.
Please see our returns and refunds policy for additional terms.
Regardless of our commercial return policy, you benefit from the statutory warranty of conformity, under the conditions of Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, and the warranty against hidden defects, under the conditions of Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
The statutory warranty of conformity may be exercised for two years from the delivery of the goods. It allows you, in particular, to obtain a free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or the rescission of the sale.
Opening the packaging or normal use of the product does not void these warranties.
For any request, contact support@dualshock.store with your order number and a description of the problem.
Our liability is subject to the conditions provided by law.
Damages resulting from improper use of the product or failure to follow its instructions will be assessed according to the circumstances and applicable rules. No provision in these terms limits the consumer's statutory rights.
The texts, images, and elements of the website are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.
Sony, PlayStation, PS4, PS5, and DualShock belong to their respective owners. Their use is intended to identify the products offered or to specify their compatibility and does not imply any partnership with their owners.
