Order Confirmation and Processing

As soon as you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. This email means that we have received your order in our system and that, if applicable, a preliminary payment authorization has been placed on your credit card.

Upon receipt of your order, we automatically contact our suppliers to confirm the availability of the items and to check if they can be shipped quickly.

• If an item is out of stock or unavailable: we will cancel the preliminary payment authorization, if applicable, and contact you by email to inform you of the situation.

• If the items are available for quick shipping: we will proceed with processing the payment and preparing the shipment. We aim to ship within 5 business days.

Please note that the cancellation of a preliminary authorization does not correspond to a refund of a payment already debited. The time it takes for this cancellation to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

Full Payment

Full payment of the order must be made before its shipment.

Once the refund has been issued, it may take 5 to 7 business days to appear in your account. This time does not include the additional processing time of your bank or payment provider, which may vary depending on the institution concerned.
