Our Sourcing and Logistics

We work with suppliers located in Spain and China to stock our catalog.

Orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse located at 102 Rue des 3 Tilleuls, 77000 Vaux-le-Pénil, France. This address is also used to receive returns, according to the instructions provided by our customer service team.

We deliver only to mainland France, via UPS. A tracking number is provided after shipping.

Preparation takes up to 2 business days, and delivery takes up to 8 business days, for an estimated total time of 5 to 10 business days after ordering.
