This policy sets out the conditions under which an order placed on dualshock.co may be cancelled.

1. Cancellation Before Shipping

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not been shipped. Please contact contact@dualshock.co as soon as possible with your order number. If the order has not yet been handed over to the carrier, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to the original payment method.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

• Write to contact@dualshock.co with the subject line "Cancellation" followed by your order number.
• Provide the order number and, if applicable, the reason for the cancellation.
• Submit your request as soon as possible: as our processing time is short (1 to 2 business days), a cancellation can only be guaranteed before the order is handed over to the carrier.

3. Cancellation After Shipping

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled directly. However, you retain your 14-day right of withdrawal and the option to return the product under the terms set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy, which provides a commercial return extension of 30 days.

4. Refund Timing and Terms

In the event of a cancellation before shipping, the refund will be issued to the payment method used for the order, generally within five business days. Additional banking processing time may be required before it appears in your account.

5. Cancellation at Dualshock's Discretion

Dualshock reserves the right to cancel all or part of an order in the event of product unavailability, an obvious pricing error, an address located outside the areas served, or suspected fraud. The customer will be informed as soon as possible and fully refunded for the cancelled portion.
